Hi, my Name is Jecinta and I live with my mother and three other siblings in the Soweto Slum in Kahawa, Nairobi,Kenya. My mother is taking every opportunity to work, so that she can provide for her family. If there aren’t any jobs at that time, she also works as a volunteer in a nearby health facility. The relationship with my father is bad and we do not see each other often.

My dream is to become a Musician, because I love to sing. But in every situation in my life I love my family the most. In my freetime I like to dance and my favorite color is pink. Pink just makes me happy. I would love to go to school so that I can learn reading and gaining knowledge from the teachers.
