With the Rest-Cent Donation (also known as Payroll Giving), employees voluntarily donate the small cent amounts behind the comma of their net salary. For example: someone earning €2,456.78 donates €0.78 each month. It may seem small – but as part of a micro donation partnership, these tiny contributions can make a big difference in children’s lives, especially when pooled across an entire company.

For the donations from the salary components it may be only the net salary. This means, only after the deductions of the income tax as well as the social security contributions, the cent amount can be withheld from the net salary as a donation.
Provided that the person has agreed to the donation of the “remainder cent”, the net amount minus the cent amount is then paid into the account. This monthly donation of the remainder cent can then be collected and transferred to UNDER Lea’s TRUST at your companies own pace.
If your company decides to increase the donation amount, there is also the possibility to receive a donation receipt. Of course, this can also be used for the public regarding the commitment of your company.
