Cinema Creates Education

A film screening that opens doors – for children in Kenya’s slums.

More than a movie – a movement for educational justice
“Slum Reality – The Story of ULT” is more than a documentary.
It shows real life in Nairobi and Mombasa’s slums – but also hope, courage, and the power of a single idea to create lasting change.

With our initiative Cinema Creates Education, we invite cinemas, universities, youth centers, NGOs, and individuals to host a screening – and turn it into a moment of real impact.

How it works – Create change through film

1

HOST A SCREENING

Organize a public film showing at a cinema, school, or event. The 40-minute documentary tells the moving story of UNDER Lea’s TRUST e.V. – and the lives of the children and families we work with in Kenya.

2

OPEN A SPACE FOR DIALOGUE

If you’d like, we can join for a moderated Q&A or talk after the film – with our founder or team members. Inspire real conversations and connections.

3

SPARK COLLECTIVE ACTION

Every screening can raise funds, inspire new supporters, and create awareness.
Whether through ticket proceeds, donations, or sponsorships – your audience becomes part of the change.
