Hi,
my name is Nicole Fröhlich, I am 23 years old and live in Berlin. I am currently studying law at the University of Potsdam and I am volunteering for ULT.
I support the press and public relations. My main task is in the area of public relations, because I am responsible for our newsletter. The newsletter is to inform our supporters about our current projects. If you haven’t subscribed to the newsletter yet, please do so now and stay up-do-date! Otherwise I like to help with our various projects, like the flea market and the Benefiz Open-Air. The team would probably add: asking smart questions at our team meetings.
I became aware of ULT through Samira, because we have been friends for many years. First I took on a sponsorship and then half a year later I was warmly accepted into the team. ULT impressed me from the beginning with its concept, transparency and super nice team. I am very happy to be part of this great, highly motivated and lovely team. The desire to help people help themselves has accompanied me for several years. Education is the key for a future with perspective and dreams. I am happy that we can support the children in this.
I actually didn’t have a particular favorite subject at school. I liked social science and science subjects very much for the most part. I always lacked talent in the arts and languages, so I didn’t really enjoy them. In contrast to Annika and Lea, I wasn’t particularly fond of languages yet, but maybe that will change in the future.
My wish is that in five years we will have built our school and we will have been able to arrange even more sponsorships. In addition, we will carry out more great projects for the children locally and in Germany by then. I am very much looking forward to our team continuing to grow and our ULT family becoming bigger and bigger.
When I was in seventh grade, I wanted to start my own service project. I think I wanted to build wells at that time. I thought about a number of different things. Among other things, I wanted to organize a project day at school and start a cooperation with a car manufacturer in which €1000 per car sold would go to the project. These were all very “realistic” plans for a 12 year old… My friends smiled at me, but of course in a very loving way. Today they are happy with me that I have now found a heart project with ULT.
Hi my name is Theresa. At the moment I support the update team and send out updates. I think ULT's goals are very important and I want to gain more experience...
