Hi,

my name is Marina and I am part of the ULT family since the beginning of the year. I support the association in all kinds of structuring and building issues, such as setting up meeting structures for efficient meetings or the recent restructuring of our projects, where we have re-clustered and re-prioritized the activities. We want to grow as a team and in doing so I make sure that the cooperation among us volunteers works and look at how the project teams can do their tasks even better.
