I’m part of the Social Media Team. I edit reels, develop content ideas, and brainstorm how we can show what drives ULT and how much heart goes into our work.

Because ULT creates real change exactly where it’s needed. I’m impressed by how much power such a small, volunteer-driven team holds. ULT brings education, food, and hope to children in Nairobi. Being part of that just feels right.

Art definitely had my heart because it was simply fun. I could experiment, be free, play with colors and shapes, and bring my thoughts onto paper. It was one of those subjects where there was no “right” or “wrong” way of thinking – and I loved that.

Hopefully, ULT will have its own fully functioning school that gives many children real educational opportunities. Maybe there will even be a second school project – who knows! Either way, ULT will be helping even more children grow up strong and well-fed – and inspiring even more people to get involved.

Once during a French lesson, my seatmate sprayed me with his water bottle – through a tiny hole in the cap. It turned into a mini water fight… By the end of the lesson, we were both pretty soaked, but luckily the teacher didn’t take it too seriously. Ever since then, I know: French can be very refreshing!
