Sometimes, something life changing begins with one simple decision.

That was exactly what happened to Lena. During her stay in Kenya, she visited our school in Kahawa West. She originally wanted to learn more about our work, but she returned home with much more than unforgettable memories. She became part of our team.

Our children and local team always look forward to welcoming volunteers. At the same time, we often hear that the experience changes those who visit us as well.
