Wir starten mit unserem neuen Format: Hinter den Kulissen.<\/span><\/p>\n

In diesem Format erz\u00e4hlen wir Volunteers, die aktiv f\u00fcr ULT und ULI arbeiten, von unserer Motivation und unserem Ehrenamtsalltag, um Dir einen transparenten Einblick zu verschaffen. <\/span>Die Idee stammt aus meiner Feder, deshalb starte ich (Tine) und nehme Dich mit in meine Arbeit mit und f\u00fcr ULT. Wie lange bist du schon ehrenamtlich bei UNDER Lea's TRUST e.V. aktiv und was ist deine Motivation?<\/h2>

Ich bin seit Sommer 2021 dabei und hatte die Chance, als eine der ersten Freiwilligen Lea und Bonface zu unterst\u00fctzen. W\u00e4hrend der Corona-Zeit suchte ich nach einer sinnvollen Aufgabe, die mich wirklich erf\u00fcllt \u2013 und bin \u00fcber Instagram auf UNDER Lea\u2019s TRUST gesto\u00dfen. Mir gefiel sofort der Gedanke, ein frisch gegr\u00fcndetes Projekt von Anfang an mitzugestalten und gemeinsam an einer Vision zu wachsen.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n

An welchen Projekten oder Aufgaben arbeitest du derzeit und in welchem Team bist du dabei t\u00e4tig?<\/h2>

Aktuell bin ich im Newsletter- und Updateteam aktiv.\u00a0<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

Im Newsletterteam k\u00fcmmere ich mich unter anderem um die Beitr\u00e4ge zu \u201eTeamvorstellung\u201c, \u201eRezepte\u201c, \u201eHinter den Kulissen\u201c sowie um die \u201eAussichten\u201c. Jeden Monat, nach unserem Teammeeting, treffen sich Nicole, Lea und ich online, um den Aufbau und die Inhalte des kommenden Newsletters festzulegen und Fristen zu setzen. Anschlie\u00dfend verfassen wir unsere Texte, korrigieren sie, \u00fcbersetzen sie ins Englische, bereiten das Design f\u00fcr den Versand vor und ver\u00f6ffentlichen den Newsletter-Beitrag auf unserem Blog.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

Im Updateteam betreue ich rund 70 Kinder. Ich pr\u00fcfe, ob meine Kolleg*innen in Kenia neue Updates f\u00fcr die Pat*innen bereitgestellt haben oder ob ein Update ben\u00f6tigt wird. Falls Letzteres der Fall ist, informiere ich Bonface und das Team vor Ort. Unser Ziel ist es, alle 3\u20134 Monate ein Update an die Pat*innen zu versenden, damit sie wissen, wie es ihren Patenkindern geht und was ihre Spende bewirkt.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n

Wie hat sich die Zusammenarbeit im Team und mit anderen Ehrenamtlichen im Laufe der Zeit entwickelt und welche positiven Ver\u00e4nderungen hast du dabei wahrgenommen?<\/h2>

\n\t
\n\t\t
\n\t\t\t

ULT w\u00e4chst kontinuierlich \u2013 und mit dem Wachstum steigen auch die Herausforderungen. Deshalb vergr\u00f6\u00dfert sich auch unser Team, um reibungslose Abl\u00e4ufe sicherzustellen. Kommunikation ist dabei das A und O: Jedes unserer Teams h\u00e4lt eigene Meetings ab, einmal im Monat tauscht sich das gesamte deutsche Team aus, und alle zwei Monate treffen wir uns gemeinsam mit dem kenianischen Team. \u00dcber die Zeit sind wir dadurch eng zusammengewachsen, und obwohl wir \u00fcber Deutschland und die ganze Welt verteilt sind, f\u00fchlt sich ULT wie eine gro\u00dfe Familie an.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n

Was sind f\u00fcr dich die gr\u00f6\u00dften Herausforderungen in deiner ehrenamtlichen Arbeit und wie gehst du damit um?<\/h2>

Die gr\u00f6\u00dfte Herausforderung ist f\u00fcr mich die Zeitplanung. Da ich hauptberuflich Vollzeit arbeite, geben mir klare Deadlines Orientierung und helfen mir dabei, mein ehrenamtliches Engagement sinnvoll in meinen Alltag einzubinden.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n

Welche besonderen Highlights oder Erfolgserlebnisse hattest du bisher bei deiner Arbeit bei ULT?<\/h2>

Im November 2021 hatte ich die Gelegenheit, direkt vor Ort im Slum das Team und die Kinder kennenzulernen. Dabei wurde mir noch deutlicher, wie wichtig unser Beitrag tats\u00e4chlich ist \u2013 eine Erkenntnis, die mich nachhaltig motiviert.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

Mein absolutes Highlight war jedoch unsere erste Teamfahrt mit dem deutschen Team in diesem Jahr. Selten habe ich so viel Herzlichkeit und Zusammenhalt erlebt. Dieses Wochenende hat mir neue Energie und Begeisterung geschenkt und ich freue mich jetzt schon auf die n\u00e4chste gemeinsame Reise. \u2764\ufe0f<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n
