Der Podcast bietet spannende Einblicke in die Welt der Gesch\u00e4ftsinnovationen und pers\u00f6nlichen Geschichten von inspirierenden F\u00fchrungspers\u00f6nlichkeiten. Vor vier Jahren habe ich meine NGO gegr\u00fcndet, die mittlerweile 13 engagierte Mitarbeiter besch\u00e4ftigt. Gemeinsam haben wir es geschafft, 600 Kindern in Kenia den Zugang zu Bildung zu erm\u00f6glichen. Bildung ist der Schl\u00fcssel zu einer besseren Zukunft, und es erf\u00fcllt mich mit Stolz und Dankbarkeit, Teil dieser wichtigen Mission zu sein.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<p>Doch wie bei jeder tief erf\u00fcllenden Arbeit gibt es auch Schattenseiten. Die Herausforderungen, die mit der Leitung einer NGO einhergehen, sind nicht zu untersch\u00e4tzen. Es erfordert immense Hingabe, Durchhalteverm\u00f6gen und manchmal auch das \u00dcberwinden von R\u00fcckschl\u00e4gen. In meinem Interview diskutiere ich offen die H\u00f6hen und Tiefen dieser Reise und die Balance zwischen der Erf\u00fcllung, die die Arbeit mit sich bringt, und den Herausforderungen, die sie manchmal \u00fcberlastend erscheinen lassen.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<p>Ob meine NGO ein erf\u00fcllendes Geschenk oder eine \u00fcberlastende Herausforderung ist? Diese Frage beantworte ich ausf\u00fchrlich in der Episode.
